Our Mission Statement: The Academy Preschool provides an atmosphere of love, respect, and acceptance in which each child can develop socially, emotionally, physically, spiritually and intellectually. Creating a generation that loves the Lord and walk with integrity.

Philosophy: Every child is a gift from the Lord and should be treated with utmost love and respect.

Parent's Day out Program: On Wednesdays we offer a Parent's Day out Program, this program can be 1/2 day or full day, the 1/2 day cost $ 30.00 and full day cost $ 50.00.

Our Program: The Academy Preschool uses a combination of Christian curriculum and county approved curriculum such as A Beka Book and High Reach. The A Beka Book is used to teach about the Lord and High Reach Curriculum is used to teach Toddlers to Pre-K. Pre-K uses a combination of High Reach and A World of Learning. The Preschool program is innovative, creative, fun-filled, active, and comprehensive. The specific classroom activities for your child will depend on the age group.

In addition to our daily curriculum, students will also have an opportunity to participate in:

• Stretch-and Grow: An Exercise and Nutrition Program that emphasizes good health and fitness habits in young children.
• Music Program: Age-appropriate music classes offered to infants, toddlers and preschool children.  Hands On! Children's musical education uses a special instrument-based curriculum with movement and dance activities to improve coordination and balance with music-making and music listening activities.
• Spanish Program: In today's world being bilingual is very important. The early we expose the children to another language the easier for them to learn a new language.

The infant class: from 8 weeks to 14 month:

• We emphasize lots of music, books, play time, conversations with the babies and also a lot of cuddling.

Lunch: all children bring from home.

Snacks: we provide 3 snacks a day; mid-morning and twice in the afternoon. Our snack consist of grains, fruit and protein, example: gold fish, cheese sticks, 100% juice or crackers with cream cheese, fresh fruit, water. All our students have a Sippy cup with fresh water all day long.

Holidays: : We are closed the last two weeks in July and one week in December between Christmas and New Years, parents do not pay tuition. See parents' handbook for more details.

Classroom Ratio: Every classroom will have a teacher and an assistant and will follow the teacher/student ratio determined by the State of Florida.

We are licensed by the Department of Children and Families (DCF) a State Agency. We offer a VPK program.
