who we are

What to expect

Join us for services on Sunday mornings at 9:30am or 11am

Sunday mornings at a new church can be intimidating for anyone to walk into. We want you to feel welcome here at TFC. On Sundays, come as you are. There's no dress code. There's no age requirement. There's no amount of knowledge about the Bible that you have to have to join us. Come as you are. Know that you can find a home here, and we'll take you, no matter the form.

You are welcome here.

Our services are all about coming together to focus on God. We generally begin with a time of singing, prayer, and a message. Whether this is your first time or your 50th time, we would love to have you join us.

our beliefs

The Bible

We believe the Bible is God’s Holy Word and the basis for all our beliefs. It was fully inspired by the Holy Spirit and written without error in the original manuscripts. It is the final authority in all matters relating to faith and life and the standard for our doctrine, reproof, correction, and instruction in righteousness.

We believe there is one Almighty God, who is sovereign, infinite and perfect in power, wisdom, justice, goodness, and love. He is the creator of the world; He eternally exists in three Persons – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

god the son- jesus christ

We believe in Jesus Christ’s eternal existence as God, His incarnation, by means of the virgin birth, His perfect life, His death on the cross as the substitutionary atonement for sin, His literal, bodily resurrection and ascension, His present ministry of intercession in Heaven, and His personal return to earth.

God the holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit reveals and glorifies Jesus Christ. He convicts men of their sins, draws them to God, and imparts unto them new life. He indwells believers and seals them until the day of redemption. He gives them spiritual gifts for ministry and empowers them to live a life pleasing to God.

We believe God created Adam innocent and in His own image. Man chose to sin by disobeying God and was therefore separated from his creator. Since then, all human beings are totally depraved by nature, born in sin, unable to save themselves, and in need of eternal salvation that only God, through Jesus Christ, can bestow upon them.

We believe that salvation is by grace, a free gift of God apart from works. Salvation involves justification, sanctification, and glorification. Salvation comes through personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, who gives us assurance of our salvation. Those God saves are born again by the Holy Spirit and thus become His children. Genuine salvation will be manifested by faith and repentance – a changed life.

Second Coming of Christ

We believe in the personal, visible, bodily return of Jesus Christ to earth and in the bodily resurrection of the believer to heaven and the unbeliever to hell.

The Church

We believe all true believers make up the family of God worldwide and should assemble themselves in local congregations for worship, prayer, fellowship, teaching, and ministry centered around the Great Commission of our Lord.

Baptism & the Lord’s Supper

We believe Christians should be baptized as a testimony of their new birth and regularly partake of the Lord’s Supper, which is a symbolic remembrance of Christ’s death on the cross.

We know that terms like justification, sanctification, and glorification tend towards insider language. Ask questions about any item, idea, or concept and we will go into detail about the "why" behind the wording. We also offer a get to know your church class called Family Foundations, check out the next class startup by clicking below.
