MISSIONS ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

  • Goal of Position: To help with administrative aspects of your emphasis-specific Missions Team
  • Responsible To: Emphasis-Specific Mission Team Leader
  • Ministry Description: Team administrative needs will include specific roles like:
  • • Deciding support levels for missions partners
  • • Record keeping
  • • Meeting planning and minutes
  • • General team logistics
  • Time Requested: 2-4 hours per month, but heavier during budgeting season
  • Training Provided: Personal coaching from Missions Coordinator and your emphasis-specific Team Leader as needed
  • Qualifications: Good with details and follow up; strong administrative skills; experience with budgets, record keeping, and general logistics coordination
