EVENT COORDINATORS

  • Goal of Position: Coordinates our purpose with people, food, facility usage and environment decorations to host events that deliver a great experience.
  • Ministry Description: Event coordinators represent how individuals experience the life of our church through special events. By working towards making each event connect people to lean into discovering family in Christ, our coordinators represent one of the most influential roles on our team.
  • Time Requested: Varies with events, including Leadership Development Kick-off weekend, deacon commissioning Service and luncheon in May, Annual Discipleship Leader’s Investment Banquet, outreach and internal Family events.
  • Training Provided: None
  • Qualifications or special skills: Administrative skills, excellent communication, organization, hospitality, ability to critically think and be flexible
